Creative Writing

Morgan had a creative writing assignment this week, and she decided to write about one of her favorite people...Paige.  Here is her story.

Paige Was Invited

Paige was walking past her living room when an owl swooped in the window and dropped a letter.  The letter said that she was invited to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.  Paige was at the castle when she got in Gryffindor.  How did she get in Gryffindor?  She got sorted by the Sorting Hat.

She made some new friends.   Their names were Harry Potter, Ginny Weasley, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Fred and George Weasley, and of course NOT Draco Malfoy.

She learned to do “Expelliarmus” which means to take the wand out of the hand and make the person fall down.  She practiced the spell on Draco Malfoy.  Her classes were Defense against the Dark Arts, Charms, and Potions.  The potion class was in the dungeon which was taught by Snape, the one who takes points away from the Gryffindors even if they’re on time.  He would take 50 points and that would leave the Gryffindors with 6000 points.

Voldemort showed up and killed a lot of people.  Serius Black showed up and tried to kill Harry Potter, but Paige stopped him with her expelliarmus spell.
